Trolls

I was inspired by the fairy tale artwork of artist John Bauer to sculpt some Scandinavian trolls. I picture them as big shaggy fellows–possibly suited to an Ice Age climate. In the stories, the trolls seem reclusive and remote. I wonder do our legends of trolls, yeti and Sasquatch point to a time when Neanderthals shared the world with men…
